Marinate your meat or tofu
Chimichurri is flavorful enough to make a great marinade. All you need to do is place your meat in a bag and add plenty of chimichurri. The flavor of chimichurri is an especially nice match for chicken or pork. It works well for beef, too, although you might want to add some extra salt in that case. If you're a vegetarian or trying to cut back on meat consumption, then marinate a block of tofu instead. The chimichurri flavor will penetrate the tofu and please your palate.
Add it to your omelet

You want it to be in the pan long enough for it to warm up and release its flavors.
